Unfortunately, your house is likely to be inhabited by quite a few different types of pests right at this moment. You may not see them and you may never do, but they are there. Of course, this doesn’t mean that they are actually in the house – they can be around it or in the foundations or beneath your basement. And not all of the pests are common and often encountered. With this in mind, we’ve taken the liberty of creating a quick list of the most commonly found pests that you can encounter in a house. 1. Termites

These are without a doubt particularly common in almost any other house. They feed on wood and are dangerous because they could undermine foundations.


2. Mice

These are not particularly harmful but they carry different diseases. Furthermore, they are likely to gnaw on furnishing and they constantly seek access to food.


3. Cockroaches

Cockroaches are likely to be the most commonly spread of all the bugs on this list of house pests.


4. Wasps

These can become a dramatic problem as they can get inside the house through open windows. They sting and it hurts horribly.


5. Textile Pests

The most common type are moths. They are not hard to get rid of but they can actually ruin your clothes.


6. Flies

Flies are dangerous because they can spread a different range of diseases, including bacteria that can poison our food.


7. Bed Bugs

These are a horrible menace which is capable of spreading like wild fire. With this in mind, it’s easy to miss the right time to interfere and to be left with a horrible infestation to deal with.

As you can see, there are quite a lot of horrible and common house pests on our list. All of these are found almost anywhere in the world so it’s hard to get away from them anyways. With this in mind, it’s important to make sure that everything is handled perfectly and by a professional. That’s going to ensure that the pest is being controlled and thoroughly eradicated. Otherwise you might find yourself in a situation in which you’ve gotten rid of certain pests without killing their eggs and they are just going to infest your home later on when they hatch so you need to take this into account.
